About Basemap

Basemap is an Auckland land surveying practice led by Farzad Faraji, Licensed Cadastral Surveyor. You deal directly with the surveyor who signs your plans.

We work for homeowners, builders, developers, architects and engineers: boundary surveys and peg-outs, subdivisions and land transfer surveys, cross-lease conversions and unit titles, removal of title limitations, topographic surveys, building set-out and HIRB checks, drainage as-builts, monitoring, and 3D laser scanning and scan-to-BIM.

Our experience ranges from single house sites to hospitals, processing plants and heritage buildings across New Zealand and Australia. We cover all of Auckland and travel nationwide for scanning projects.
